Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g butter
  • 100 g quark, 40% fat
  • 6 tbsp protein powder, low carb vanilla
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tsp Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for 7 – 8 waffles

Melt the butter and let it cool. Combine the quark, oil, and eggs, add the stevia and butter, and mix again. Finally, add the egg white powder and mix everything thoroughly with a hand mixer. Bake the waffles in the waffle iron.
