simple and very tasty

First, season the meat and brown it in a pan. Then place it in a casserole dish. Next, clean and prepare the asparagus, mushrooms, and onion, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Briefly brown them in the pan. Then deglaze with a little water and add the vegetables and their flavorful broth to the casserole dish. It’s a good idea to cover the contents with aluminum foil periodically to prevent them from drying out too much. Then, lightly fold half a pack of Buko into the meat and vegetable mixture. Cut the smoked ham into fork-sized strips and brown briefly in the pan before placing it on top. Finally, sprinkle on the cheese and bake the whole thing at 180 degrees Celsius. The baking time depends on your taste. Personally, I consider the casserole ready when the cheese is lightly browned. The vegetables still have some bite! Top with parsley just before serving.
