Asparagus pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 portion of pizza dough, homemade or from the refrigerated section
  • 1 pack of raw ham, without fat
  • 2 bunch asparagus, green
  • 1 jar sauce (pizza sauce, homemade tomato sauce also works) approx. 200 ml
  • 5 tbsp hollandaise sauce
  • 1 pack of cheese (grated mozzarella cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with raw ham and green asparagus

Preheat oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Roll out the pizza on a baking sheet. Cover with sauce and drizzle with hollandaise sauce. Cover generously with ham. Wash the asparagus (do not peel) and break into pieces. Cut the part with the head into diagonal slices approximately 1 mm in diameter and place on top of the ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Switch oven to conventional oven and bake pizza for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
