simply

Peel the lower third of the green asparagus, trim off the woody part, and then cut into 3-4 cm long pieces. You can leave the heads longer if you like. Pre-cook the asparagus pieces in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Place the finished pizza dough on a prepared baking sheet. Season crème fraîche (about 1/2 cup) with a little salt and pepper and spread a thin layer over the dough. Spread some pizza seasoning on top. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top, then spread half of the cooked ham on top. Now cover the dough evenly with the asparagus. Spread the remaining halves of cooked ham on top, and finally the grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven at 220°C top/bottom heat (200°C fan-assisted) for about 15-20 minutes.
