Asparagus Rolls Coated with Cheese and Ham Fried Until Golden
The perfect asparagus rolls coated with cheese and ham fried until golden recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh asparagus not too thick
- 250 g Sliced cheese
- 250 g Cooked ham
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 100 g Sifted flour
- 150 g Breadcrumbs
- Margarine for frying
- Peel the asparagus and cook in salted water until firm to the bite. Drain the asparagus and let the stalks dry slightly.
- Lay the cheese and ham on top of each other and adjust the asparagus stalks to the size of the slices.
- 4-5 Wrap the asparagus stalks in the cheese ham and secure with a toothpick.
- Asparagus ham – turn the pieces in flour and knock them off lightly, pull them through the egg whisked with milk and finally roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Slowly fry the rolls in margarine until they are golden yellow.
- Serve with a mixed salad.
