Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 pork schnitzels
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 2 jars of asparagus
- 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
- Cheese, grated (Gouda)
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Lightly season the schnitzels and fry them in a little oil. Place them in a baking dish and top each schnitzel with a slice of ham. Place the asparagus on top and spread the hollandaise sauce evenly over the schnitzels. Sprinkle with cheese and bake the schnitzels in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes.
