Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g asparagus, white
- 50 g butter
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- ½ m.-sized onion(s)
- Butter for frying
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tsp chives, freeze-dried
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the asparagus and trim off the woody ends. Place the asparagus in a microwave steamer and brush with butter. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Steam in the microwave at 600 watts for 15 minutes. Dice the onion. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and chives. Heat a pan with butter and sauté the diced onion. Cut the steamed asparagus into small pieces, add them, and cook. Whisk the eggs, pour them over the asparagus, and push them together while they set, forming a scrambled egg. Plate up and serve.
