Asparagus tarte flambée

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of tarte flambée dough, approx. 400 g
  • 500 g asparagus, white
  • 200 g sour cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • e.g. ham or vegetarian substitute

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the asparagus and trim off the woody ends. Cut the stalks into thin, diagonal slices, leaving the tips intact. Grate the cheese. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and spread with the sour cream. Arrange the asparagus, cheese, and ham on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200-225°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15 to 20 minutes on the middle rack.
