Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp red wine, dry
  • 1 tbsp mustard (Kremser mustard)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 juniper berries
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 pinch(s) rosemary, ground
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients and marinate your chosen meat (preferably overnight). This makes enough for 4 slices of meat.
