  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 cream cheese spreads
  • ¼ liter broth
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat, bring the sour cream, cream, and melted cheese to a boil, then pour in the broth and add salt, pepper, and the sliced ​​leek. Bring all ingredients back to a boil – done. Alteration: Transfer to a casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
