Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 cream cheese spreads
- ¼ liter broth
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat, bring the sour cream, cream, and melted cheese to a boil, then pour in the broth and add salt, pepper, and the sliced leek. Bring all ingredients back to a boil – done. Alteration: Transfer to a casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
