Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 10 g walnuts or desiccated coconut
  • 1 apple or other fruit
  • possibly honey or maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quark – oat flakes – fruit

Mix the quark, milk, and oats until smooth. Let the oats soak briefly, if desired. Chop the apple (as coarsely or finely as you like). Chop the walnuts and mix everything well again. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired. This recipe can be varied, of course. Any type of fruit is acceptable, and you can also use desiccated coconut instead of nuts. It tastes delicious and is very filling.
