a simple sweet recipe with fruit

Mix flour, milk, eggs, and salt into a smooth batter. Melt the butter in a deep baking sheet and sprinkle the 4 tablespoons of sugar over it. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and scatter the drained sour cherries, still without their juice, on top. Bake at 195°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes. The milk will set and can be cut into pieces. It tastes best warm, but can also be eaten cold.
