  • 2 pinches Dried oregano

  • 3 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Milk

Apple-carrot-salad

  • 2 Apples
  • 4 Carrots
  • 0,5 Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Wash the meat and pat dry again, season with salt and pepper and put in a well-sealable bowl, peel the onions and cut into fine rings, then sprinkle with the oil and shake well and leave to marinate for a few hours.
  • During this time, peel the carrots, core the apples and grate both roughly as well as the apple is grated, put the lemon over it, otherwise the apple will turn brown immediately. Stir in the powdered sugar and oil and let it steep
  • Peel and roughly dice the potatoes, carrots and onions and let them boil in salted water until soft, then drain with a little butter and hot milk, mash them properly, season again with salt and a little mustard and keep warm.
  • Now quickly fry the meat in a hot pan until crispy, then add some vegetable stock and simmer again so that the roasted substances are loosened from the bottom of the pan, now add some broth again with salt and pepper, if you want to bind with a little sauce thickener or cornstarch.
  • Now serve with mashed potatoes + apple carrot salad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
