Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ white cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • ½ cup(s) salad mayonnaise
  • 0.33 cup(s) milk
  • ¼ cup(s) sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Coleslaw

Finely chop the white cabbage, onion, and carrot in a food processor. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a salad dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. The salad will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
