Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 250 g rye flour
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ pack of bread spice mix
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough thoroughly. Divide into two portions and let it rise for 3 hours. Knead again, form two loaves, and let it rise for another hour. Prick the surface of the bread several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 350°F to 1 hour. While baking, place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the oven.
