  • 15 g Fresh yeast
  • 4 g Salt
  • 500 g Grated boiled potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yeast with a little warm buttermilk. Then add the salt, the rest of the buttermilk and the grated potatoes and mix in. Let the dough rise for about 6 hours, but do not keep warm.
