Autumn – Casserole

The perfect autumn – casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 400 g Meatloaf
  • 300 g Beans, green
  • 0,5 l Milk
  • 200 g Processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Vegetable broth
  • Salt pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  2. Cut the meat loaf into cubes, heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat loaf in it all around.
  3. Wash the beans, clean them, cut into pieces, cook in vegetable stock until firm to the bite and drain.
  4. Mix the milk and processed cheese together and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Distribute the potato cubes evenly in a baking dish (or four small ones), place the beans on top and finally top with the meatloaf cubes.
  6. Pour the processed cheese milk over the whole thing and sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
