Autumn – Casserole
The perfect autumn – casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Potatoes
- 400 g Meatloaf
- 300 g Beans, green
- 0,5 l Milk
- 200 g Processed cheese with herbs
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Vegetable broth
- Salt pepper
- Nutmeg
- 150 g Grated cheese
- Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
- Cut the meat loaf into cubes, heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat loaf in it all around.
- Wash the beans, clean them, cut into pieces, cook in vegetable stock until firm to the bite and drain.
- Mix the milk and processed cheese together and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Distribute the potato cubes evenly in a baking dish (or four small ones), place the beans on top and finally top with the meatloaf cubes.
- Pour the processed cheese milk over the whole thing and sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
