Autumn fruit salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 3 apricots
  • 5 plums
  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 100 g green, seedless grapes
  • 2 tbsp fructose or glucose
  • 2 cl liqueur (maraschino liqueur)
  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Pour the lemon juice into a bowl. Quarter the apple, peel it, remove the core, and cut the apple pieces into wedges. Core and dice the apricots, plums, and nectarines. Halve the grapes. Mix everything with the sugar and liqueur and let it sit for about an hour. Melt the sugar and butter in a pan and stir in the walnuts until caramelized. Sprinkle the fruit salad with a few walnuts.
