Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tangerines
- 1 large pear(s)
- 1 apple
- 4 plums
- 150 g grapes, white or blue
- 2 oranges, juice
- 20 g brown cane sugar
- 50 g walnuts, shelled
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, caramelize the brown sugar in a small pan, add the walnuts, and remove them from the pan to a plate to cool. Halve the oranges and juice them. Peel and core the pear and apple. Quarter the fruit and cut into large cubes. Place in a fruit bowl and immediately pour the orange juice over the fruit to prevent it from turning brown. Wash and pit the plums, then quarter them. Peel the tangerines and cut them into segments. Halve the grapes and remove the seeds, if desired. Add all the fruit to the bowl and fold in. Sprinkle the caramelized walnuts on top just before serving.
