Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 baguettes
  • 40 g butter
  • 8 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 150g Camembert(s)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 2 tbsp cranberry compote
  • Leaf salad for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the baguettes lengthwise, brush each half with butter, and toast in a preheated oven on the second rack from the top at 200°C for about 5 minutes. Halve the ham slices and top the baguette halves with them. Cut the Camembert into thin slices and place on top of the ham. Wash, quarter, core, and thinly slice the pear, and place it on top of the Camembert. Bake the baguettes in a preheated oven on the second rack from the top at 200°C for about 5 minutes. Allow the baguette halves to cool slightly and top each half with a teaspoon of cranberry compote. Garnish with leaf salad.
