Tofu Balls

The perfect tofu balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Tofu
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • And breadcrumbs for breading
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Harissa paste
  • 1 El Soy flour
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil
  1. Mix all ingredients except for the garlic with a fork. Squeeze the garlic and knead the mixture again with your hands. Shape 10-12 balls with wet hands and bread them in a plate with breadcrumbs.
  1. Fry in plenty of oil in the pan at not too high a heat.
  1. I had noodles with peanut sauce and some chopped Asian salad from my garden.
