Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 520 g Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • 100 g grilled cheese
  • 2 tsp curry paste, yellow
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Herbs, for example thyme, rosemary, etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

vegetarian and delicious

Dice the pumpkin, including the skin, and the grilled cheese. Prepare a marinade with the remaining ingredients and marinate the pumpkin cubes and cheese for at least one hour. Place everything on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), or place everything in the air fryer and fry for 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
