Own creation à la Janko, for 12 pieces

Dough: Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough and chill for half an hour. The avocado gives the dough a fun greenish color. If that bothers you, you can replace it with butter. Filling: Mash the avocado with a fork and stir in the horseradish and yogurt. Whisk the eggs, season with paprika, nutmeg, a little chili, salt, and pepper, and add to the dough. Briefly fry the bacon and onion in a pan and add. Mix everything well and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Form the dough into 12 equal-sized balls and roll them out flat with a rolling pin. Line muffin or soufflé cups with them, fill with the avocado mixture, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Set the oven to fan-assisted for the last 5 minutes to create a fine crust.
