Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ avocado(s), peeled, pitted
  • 1 small snake cucumber(s), unpeeled
  • 1 handful of coriander leaves
  • 1 lime(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 250 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy, adding a little water if necessary.
