Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Dried flowers
  • 1 Pc. Fresh avocado
  • 1 kl. Onion
  • 1 cups Cream cheese 3.5% fat
  • 1 teaspoon Honey liquid
  • 2 Discs Serrano or Parma ham
  • Salt
  • Oliver oil
  • Pepper
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • 1 Knife sp. Wasabi
  • 1 teaspoon Chili oil

Instructions

Avocado cream

  • Cut the avocaco in half with the knife ... cut lengthways around the core, turn both halves against each other ... then remove the core with a small spoon and peel the pulp from the skin with a tablespoon. Put in the bowl with a spoonful of olive oil, juice from one lemon (the lemon must be secured in advance), half the zest of the lemon, pepper well and a pinch of salt. Crush everything with a fork and stir to a thick paste.

Rolls with cream cheese

  • Lay out the ham so that it overlaps by approx. 2 cm. Put half the bowl of cream cheese in a bowl ... add 1 teaspoon of chili oil, wasabi, the rest of the lemon zest, honey, and a pinch of salt. Now cut / chop the onion into very fine, tiny pieces ... mix everything together well ... apply thickly across the bottom of the ham and roll into a roll about 2 cm in diameter. Please do not turn the ham more than 2 turns ... otherwise it will be too ham-heavy !! Cut off the rest. Now moisten a very sharp knife with water ... and very gently, with little pressure, cut the roll into 8 approx.
  • Shape the avocado into dumplings with two tablespoons and arrange them together as shown in the photo.
  • It's a good "amuse buche" or a small starter 😉 Have fun Oli
