  • 1 kg salt
  • 250 g wild garlic or more if you want the flavor to be more intense

Simple, vegetarian

Finely chop the wild garlic in a food processor, then add the salt and continue chopping until everything is blended. Spread the wild garlic salt on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Dry in the oven at 70 degrees Celsius with a wooden spoon in the oven door. Turn it occasionally until it is completely dry. When the wild garlic salt is dry, remove it from the oven and finely chop it again in the food processor. It can now be poured into a jar, salt shaker, etc. and is ready to use for seasoning dishes.
