Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 avocados, soft
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder, dark, good quality
- 5 tbsp soy milk (soy drink) or almond milk
- 2 tsp Stevia
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 5 tbsp water, cold
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegan, gluten-free
Peel and pit the avocados, then place them in a blender with all the ingredients and blend thoroughly. Serve the mixture in small bowls.
