Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 avocados, soft
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, dark, good quality
  • 5 tbsp soy milk (soy drink) or almond milk
  • 2 tsp Stevia
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5 tbsp water, cold
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan, gluten-free

Peel and pit the avocados, then place them in a blender with all the ingredients and blend thoroughly. Serve the mixture in small bowls.
