Avocado cocoa pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 avocados (Hass)
  • 150 ml cocoa powder (raw cocoa powder)
  • 5 dates, soaked
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder or 1/2 pod
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100 ml water + 75 ml for soaking the dates

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Raw food, vegan, dairy-free, lactose-free

Soak the dates in 75 ml of water for about 15 minutes. Combine the avocado and cocoa powder with 100 ml of water in a blender. Then add the honey or coconut blossom sugar, vanilla, salt, and the dates and their soaking water, and blend well. Finally, add the coconut oil and blend briefly again. If the cream is too thick, add a little more water while blending.
