Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g coconut milk, creamy
- 100 g whole milk
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g avocado(s)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
- e.g. lemon juice
- n. B. sugar
- 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
- 1 lemon(s)
- n. B. flowers and leaves
Instructions

vegetarian, tart-fresh lassi with avocado, coconut milk and lime juice
The milk and pulp should be as cold as possible. Cut a ripe avocado open around the hard pit and scoop out the flesh. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute until frothy. Season to taste. Pour into large glasses, garnish, and serve with a straw and a long teaspoon.
