Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados, buttery soft
  • 60 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • ½ lemon(s), the grated peel and the juice
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener
  • n. B. Lemon(s) – slices for decoration
  • e.g. mint or lemon balm for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Sweet avocado – an easily digestible avocado cream, quickly made

Peel the avocados and pit them. Then puree them with all the remaining ingredients in a blender. Let the cream set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Serve in bowls and garnish with a thin slice of lemon and mint or lemon balm leaves.
