Ideal for fondue, raclette or simply for dipping
Hollow out the avocado, squeeze the garlic clove, then puree everything with the natural yogurt and spices (best done with a hand blender). Season with lemon to taste, as some people prefer lemon more than others. I got this recipe from a dear friend and tried it out on New Year’s Eve. My guests thought it was incredibly delicious, and it was made in no time.
