Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados
- 1 mango(s)
- 300 g cocktail tomatoes
- 250 g arugula
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper

Peel the avocados and mango and cut into small cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash the arugula. Mix these ingredients together well. For the dressing, combine the orange and lemon juice with the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Then whisk in the olive oil. Pour the dressing over the salad to serve.
