Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 2 chili peppers, green
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g mussels
- 200 g mussels (clams)
- 200 g squid
- 200 g scampi
- 100 g fish (pollock)
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 50 g peas
- 50 g beans (green beans)
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Canarian seafood soup
Wash the bell peppers and chilies and dice them. Dice the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables. Add the garlic, but wait 5 minutes. Heat the broth in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Then add the calamari. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for another 20 minutes.
