Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sherry
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve 1 avocado, remove the pit, peel, and slice. Immediately drizzle the flesh with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Puree the other avocado with lemon juice, Herbes de Provence, and yogurt, and add sherry. Season to taste. Peel and slice the onions. Wash the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Arrange all ingredients with the avocado slices and drizzle with the salad dressing. Sprinkle the salad with dill. Serve with garlic baguette.
