Ingredients
"Bride Show" - Matjes with bratwurst and potato salad:
- 200 g Potato salad with pickles and creme fraiche
- 1 Bratwurst
- 3 Herring fillets in oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Cream of horseradish
Garnish:
- 30 g Vegetable cucumber
- 1 Onion, cut into rings
- 30 g Red peppers
- 1 Mushroom brown, cut
sprinkle with:
- 1 pinch Dried herbs
- 1 pinch Chili pepper
Instructions
Preparation:
- Pre-cook the peeled potatoes, mix with creme fraiche and chopped gherkins, fry the sausage and mushroom slices in the pan and cut the cucumber, onion and bell pepper as a side dish and place everything on the serving plate along with a little mustard and horseradish.
Serve:
- For the barbecue, together with non-alcoholic cold drinks and also with alcoholic beverages beer and grain (Lütje Lage).
