Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 20 black olives, pitted
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Black pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the sausage, cut into thin slices, then quarter. Wash, dry, and quarter the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and thinly slice the garlic clove. Drain the feta and dice. Wash the thyme, pat dry with a paper towel, and strip or pluck the leaves. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, add the olives, vinegar, and oil, mix, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a delicious ciabatta, focaccia, etc.
