Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt
  • 500 ml water, ice-cold
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp mint, finely chopped
  • n. B. Ice, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with fresh mint

Whisk all ingredients—except the ice cubes—in a large bowl until smooth. Then serve in glasses with ice cubes, if desired. Tip: It also tastes very refreshing with a pinch of sugar instead of salt and a squeeze of lime juice.
