  • 400 g light cream cheese, grainy
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 30 g mountain cheese
  • 100 g grated cheese of your choice
  • 75 g lean ham, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Vegetables, cheese, egg – without flour

Blend 400g of cream cheese and 2 eggs vigorously until no granules of cream cheese remain. Then add the mountain cheese and some grated cheese. Finely chop 1 onion and 400g white cabbage (or more if you like) and sauté with half of the diced ham. Mix everything together and pour into a springform pan (mine isn’t quite as big). Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and diced ham. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 45 minutes, until the surface is nicely browned. Serve hot or cold. Tip: You can also use a different type of cheese.
