Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 small jar of fruit for babies, e.g. peach-passion fruit, apple-banana etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Low-fat, sugar-free, suitable for babies from 6 months

Low-fat, sugar-free, suitable for babies from 6 months. Gradually mix the oatmeal with a little fruit puree until a sticky, chewy dough forms. You don’t need a whole jar; just mix to taste. Then drop the dough into small pieces onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for 15-20 minutes. Tip: If you like, you can also make your own apple or other fruit puree and then add this puree to the oatmeal. Then you know exactly what’s in the cookies.
