Baby peach cream cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (sponge cake, 3-layer)
  • ½ tsp, heaped agar-agar
  • 3 jars of porridge (baby fruit porridge peach)
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bottle of juice (baby juice multivitamin)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

ideal for the 1st birthday, quick to make

Combine the contents of 2 jars of peach puree with 100 ml of multivitamin juice in a saucepan. Mix the agar-agar with the sugar and add it. Bring to a boil and then simmer gently for 2 minutes. Caution: Stir well, otherwise it will stick later! Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir in the third jar of peach puree. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and fold into the cooled mixture. Drizzle some of the remaining multivitamin juice over the 3 sponge cakes. Not too much, so that it doesn’t soak through and the base breaks. Divide the peach mixture so that it is evenly distributed over all three layers. Put the layers together and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For decoration, you can use children’s biscuits, banana pieces or something similar.
