Babybel hamburgers

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small cheese (Babybel)
  • 1 pumpernickel coin
  • some salmon ham
  • 1 lettuce leaf, optional
  • some gherkins, optional
  • mayonnaise
  • sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the party buffet, well prepared

Cut the Babybel in half crosswise. Place a dab of mayonnaise on one half of the Babybel, then place the pumpernickel slice on top. Place 2-3 strips of smoked ham (or other sausages) on top, then add another dab of mayonnaise and place the second half of the Babybel on top. If you like, you can also add a bit of lettuce and a small pickle. If desired, top the Babybel with sesame seeds. Allow 4-5 Babybel hamburgers per person. If you’re well prepared (unwrap the cheese, tear the lettuce into small pieces, slice the cucumbers, and cut the sausage into strips), each “hamburger” will only take a few minutes. They’re a blast at any party!
