Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 mozzarella
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • some chili powder
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the mozzarella and arrange on a platter. Spread the sour cream over the mozzarella, ensuring it is completely covered. Drizzle with plenty of lemon juice. Then sprinkle with marjoram and chili powder. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
