Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,500 g potatoes, floury
- 100 g bacon, fattier
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 400 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- some herbs (chives or parsley), fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Boil the potatoes in their jacket potatoes. Peel and cut into slightly thicker slices or wedges. Fry the bacon and add the potatoes. Deglaze with cream, adding salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Finally, stir in the herbs. This is excellent with herring or pan-fried dishes. Please do not cook in a pan; use a large pot.
