Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp coriander

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The cup holds approximately 250 ml. Cut the avocado halves into sticks and marinate with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Blend the breadcrumbs and bacon in a blender. Coat the marinated avocado sticks first in flour, then in the egg, and then in the ham breadcrumbs. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. For the dip, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, and herbs with a dash of lime juice.
