Strawberries filled with cream cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries, preferably large
  • 100 g cream cheese, natural
  • 5 tbsp orange liqueur or cognac
  • 100 g crackers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Carefully wash the strawberries, including the green leaves and stems, and then dry them thoroughly. Cut a lid off the top third, including the green leaves, and set aside. Mix the cream cheese with the orange liqueur or cognac and fill it into a piping bag. Pipe a dollop of cream cheese onto each of the bottom strawberries and place the top third back on top. Arrange the filled strawberries on a large plate or platter and serve with the crackers.
