Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 400 g raclette cheese
  • 3 packages of bacon
  • 3 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Boil the potatoes in their jacket potatoes until almost cooked through, then cut them in half with the skin on. Scoop out the insides with a teaspoon. Season the halves with a little salt, pepper, and paprika. Fill with some finely diced onions and cheese pieces. Fold the two halves together and wrap them tightly with bacon. Place the bombs in a baking dish. Then bake at approximately 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
