Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g bacon
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- n. B. Herbs, dried or fresh
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Line oiled muffin tins or silicone muffin tins with the bacon. I made enough to fill 6 muffin tins. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and herbs and pour into the muffin tins. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese into the eggs. Bake the tray in an oven preheated to 200-220°C (400-425°F) for about 15 minutes.
