  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 60 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • Grease for the tray
  • 1 onion(s), diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease a muffin tin thoroughly. Then combine the flour, baking powder, butter, and salt. Add the egg and milk. Finally, add the bacon, cheese, and onions. Pour the batter into the muffin tins. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
