Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 pts cream cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pack of bacon to taste (lean or fatty)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Meanwhile, combine the cheese and cream until a nice cream forms. Crush the garlic and stir in. Finally, add the cooled bacon cubes and stir everything thoroughly. Alternatively, you can use chives and parsley instead of the bacon. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
