Zucchini strudel with minced meat

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 packs of puff pastry, fresh
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 200 g cheese, grated Emmental, alternatively feta
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Even Junior, who doesn’t like zucchini, eats it, tastes good cold too

Sauté the onion in a little oil, add the minced meat and fry it. Meanwhile, julienne the zucchini and fry it in the same way. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Let it cool. Spread it cold on the puff pastry. Sprinkle the cheese over it and roll up the strudel. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C, until the puff pastry is lightly browned. The strudel can be eaten hot or cold.
